Have you touched yourself lately?
I’m all for solo fun-time in the bedroom, but that’s not exactly what I’m talking about right now.
I mean: When was the last time you sensuously and generously caressed your hands, your face, your hips, your thighs, each dimple and crease and curve?
Self-touch. Done it lately? Ever?
In today’s episode, I’m opening up about my body issues and how adding a small bit of self-touch to my morning ritual (headsup: lots of coconut oil is involved) has drastically changed the way I feel about my body.
Instead of obsessing about so-called ‘flaws’, I’m feeling stronger and pretty damn sexy in my skin these days. 😉 And this self-touch practice has had a lot to do with it.
I was nervous to talk so frankly about this on camera, but I believe wholeheartedly in the power of self-touch so I knew I had to share this with you.
Plus, I have so much respect and love for the compassionate and gentle way that today’s guest teaches and talks about it, so…. here goes.
Let’s get to touching!
In today’s episode of AnnikaTV, I’m talking with Reena Desai about self-touch.
She explains this concept really clearly and offers a simple way you can start experimenting with this right now.

What part of YOUR body needs some extra tender lovin’?
I know this is a sensitive subject for a lot of us, but the more we avoid talking about this, the deeper and more painful these body issues will become.
Hope to see you in the comments. 🙂
All my coconutty love,
